Technogeny: the nature and the future of education
Having assumed the duty of teaching and educating people, educators have lost the end of the offer and instead of making progress, they have become a brake on the development of society and a burden on the nation. It is time to stop and rethink what education is, what its purpose is and how it should be carried out. To this end, I created a new advanced science Technogeny. The ancient Greek language "techne" meant skills, arts, and "genius" meant nature and development. Technogeny, then, is the science of the nature and development of education.
From natural to artificial education
In the animal world, the purpose of education is to ensure the continuity of knowledge in order to pass on the abilities of the current generation to the next generation. So that every new-born individual into this world does not begin to assimilate it from scratch, wise nature foresaw educational activities by which the older generation passes on its success programs to the younger generation.
Education is always the duty of the family, sewn into the genomes of offspring, parents and relatives - brothers, sisters, elders, etc. Each child learns by observing the actions of his loved ones and modelling his own life success skills with the help of games. It is inconceivable for anyone to learn to be unsuccessful.
Each family cares about the success of their offspring and, as much as they are able to, exaggerates success programs that have been tested on their lives – they teach them a realistic understanding of the world, decent behaviour, the wisdom of a profitable craft and other tools for success. First of all, we share our success stories with relatives in good faith and warn against false programs. As long as education was a family affair, it did not move away from its nature and purpose of success.
However, as families gather in communities, the state, etc., specialized educational activities, schools, universities, teachers, professors and many other benefactors appear. Since the most important thing for everyone is their own success, an artificial education system is formed, in which the natural priorities of success of learners are replaced by the success of educators and their leaders.
The ingenuity of "Quality of Education"
Since there are many interest groups operating in the system of artificial education, there is no way for representatives of all of them to abandon their own interests, but to devote themselves fully to the success of learners. A rare one who will teach without a salary. And when working in a collective of educators, it is obscene to forget about the success of one's own life, careers and growth. Employees of the Ministry of Education and Sport in general do not know what the success of a student is, when they need to take care of the affairs of the state, not forgetting their own. All the more so, the educators of the socialist legacy have gathered in a powerful artel with their own Ministry of Education, Science and Sport and are perfectly capable of doing without the success of the students who are of constant concern.
Having escaped from the paradise of the officials of socialism, Lithuania set out to look for success in business in its Constitution. This sensible decision was associated with the bright ideas of independence of the "Sąjūdis". Unfortunately, socialist educators not only did not know business, but did not want to leave comfortable state teaching classes and ministerial chairs. For over thirty years, they have not taught youth business as a tool for success in a market economy. Far from it, they are happy to circulate the ranks of hired slaves of socialism and visitors to the labour exchange. Over a million of compatriots were cured in search of life's success in emigration. Many of them learned it and when they returned, they found the success of their own business in Lithuania.
Ingenious socialist educators, however, have found a way to cover up their criminal activities against the nation by reaping the cover of the "quality of education" instead of learning success. The quality of education is the kind of indicator that tries to reconcile the interests of all educational participants. Educational institutions are constantly checked, evaluated, tested and accredited in terms of the indicator of the quality of education. Unfortunately, there is no place left for the success of the student in the quality of education.
COVID-19 “assistance” was not enough
In the historical development of man, education improves by itself, moving from the verbal teaching of authority, to mixed, and finally - to the quality of virtual self-education. On this path, students were significantly ahead of teachers. With backward educators failing to tear children away from "harmful" computers, children themselves are developing virtually by flying around the internet and Google's endless spaces of knowledge of success. Socialist education and here did not keep up with the times, did not prepare virtual tools and programs for self-education.
The COVID-19 virus, which has come to the aid of educational advancements, has briefly separated students from teachers and malicious schools, leaving them with coveted computers and loving families. Worried about their own salaries, educators looked for a way out with the help of distance education. Unfortunately, after the pandemic, the incentives for educational improvement also disappeared. And again - to the broken gelding.
Let's educate not slaves but Genius
It is worthwhile for the newcomers of education to take care of arranging the baggage of knowledge accumulated by the nation so far and presenting it to the new generation in the appropriate form. Taking the wolf to the hunt, the wolves do not read sermons, but demonstrate to him a successful program on how not to be hungry. It's not just the kid who copies this app into his experience. He reinforces his action skills by playing with a caught hunting trophy. After a few such lessons, the wolf will try his luck in life on his own and will not make a mistake.
Human society divides the world and multiplies the totality of knowledge by exponential law, without taking care to summarize it to the form of a program of success. In the modern variety of knowledge, no one can catch on anymore. It is a pity for a young person when he is given fragmented, untidy knowledge from kindergarten to university, without worrying about what the benefits of this are. The lessons to be learned from animals are that they are trying to pass on to the younger generation only effective, proven in practice success programs. Turning countless fragmented knowledge into one success program, the child will definitely not have to rub the study benches over 25 years old. The unit of study must be ones – the program of success or Bill Gates, Elon Mask or any other genius of our time.
The Genius program of self-development of a genius clearly confirms the need to encourage every child to become a genius, to provide him with innovations that surpass his time, not to kill his natural desire for superior development.
Back to the house, back to the family
The nature of education and the laws of development clearly substantiate the simple wisdom that artificial education systems must be built on the basis of natural education. Education needs to be brought back into the family. Children need to be given as many virtual self-development programs and tools as possible. Self-development advisers must be available to every child – successful entrepreneurs from self-development to the results of a successful business. That part of the taxes that each family pays to maintain the degraded education system must be returned to the family, who will take care of how to use it for the success of their offspring and the nation.
