Only legitimate action to end the war can lead to justice and lasting peace.

The greatest historical achievement of human civilization is international law and the United Nations organization because:

1.       Only equal law for both parties to the conflict can lead to a lawful, fair and mutually acceptable solution. Both Russia and Ukraine are members of the United Nations, have signed and adopted the norms of supremacy of international jurisdiction, having a priori expressed their consent to them.

 2.       In any civilized conflict resolution, there must be an independent arbitrator or arbitrators with no personal, biased interests. The current negotiators, the United States of America, which has clearly demonstrated its property interests in both Ukraine and Russia, cannot be an impartial and fair arbiter.

 3.       The conflict between Russia and Ukraine must therefore be resolved at the level of the United Nations international law and justice institutions. The European Union, as the most civilised resolution of this conflict, should turn to the United Nations so that international jurisdiction can provide a legitimate solution.

 4.       Any other path that does not fall within international jurisdiction cannot lead to a lawful and equitable solution, either in the short or long term.

 5.       Both parties to the conflict and their supporters use the false doctrine of "Defence", which leads only to the escalation of the conflict and losses. My "Peace-making" paradigm is much cheaper and many times superior to "Defence" because it corresponds to the direction of historical progress leading to the abandonment of wars soon.
