One of tasks of South Baltic programme project "INTERMARE - internationalisation of maritime economy" is working out South Baltic region maritime marketing strategy. For this aim was applied EU Blue growth strategy approach and modified by Prof. Dr. Stasys Paulauskas Circular economy 3.0 methodology, which enabled to create Blue growth index and its Self-Assessment virtual tool in platform iSS. 100 experts assessed Blue growth state in Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, Poland and Sweden and Blue growth index was measured (picture).

We invite to review and share video movie "Tourism innovation circles", created during implementation of South Baltic programme project CIRTOINNO, in which presented unique raceme of Lithuanian tourism innovations. However, we can achieve more with help of created Circular economy 3.0 approach, enabling "to employ" innovations of Green, Sustainable and Smart growth.
