The greatest historical achievement of human civilization is international law and the United Nations organization because:

 3.       The conflict between Russia and Ukraine must therefore be resolved at the level of the United Nations international law and justice institutions. The European Union, as the most civilised resolution of this conflict, should turn to the United Nations so that international jurisdiction can provide a legitimate solution.

 4.       Any other path that does not fall within international jurisdiction cannot lead to a lawful and equitable solution, either in the short or long term.

 5.       Both parties to the conflict and their supporters use the false doctrine of "Defence", which leads only to the escalation of the conflict and losses.
