THE TELEONOMY OF NORTHERN CIVILIZATION REFRAGMENTATION TOWARD THE CIVILIZATION OF LOVE (2020–2036)

ABSTRACT

The Northern Civilization—comprising North America, Europe, and Northern Asia—experienced a deep bio–socio–informational defragmentation at the beginning of the 21st century. This manifested through the dominance of old industrial economies, the paradigm of wage labor, geopolitical asynchrony, and informational fragmentation. The article applies the CiviBioSocioTherapy methodology, which treats civilization as a living organism possessing both pathologies and healing mechanisms. The analysis shows that since 2020, the Northern Civilization has entered a refragmentation phase, driven by five teleonomic processes: (1) the decline of the old economy, (2) the teleonomic rapprochement between Canada and the EU, (3) the strengthening of EU systemic harmony, (4) Ukraine’s integration process, and (5) the rise of AI and innovation sectors.

The article introduces the BCMPI – BioSocial Civilization Modelling Probability Index, which quantifies the likelihood that civilization will reach the quality level of the Civilization of Love (Homo Virtualis) by 2036. Based on PCI, ED, IT, and AIC modules, the 2026 BCMPI value is 0.74, indicating a high probability that the Northern Civilization will achieve the Civilization of Love by 2036. This result confirms that BioSocioGeny models are suitable for diagnosing civilizational evolution and forecasting teleonomic processes.

1. Introduction

The Northern Civilization—comprising North America, Europe, and Northern Asia—functions as a bio–socio–teleogenic organism. In the early 21st century, it experienced profound defragmentation. The dominance of old industrial sectors, the wage-labor paradigm, geopolitical asynchrony, and informational fragmentation produced a civilizational crisis that can be described as jaw dementia—a phase dominated by instinctive, chaotic, and aggressive behaviour.

This article applies the CiviBioSocioTherapy method to diagnose civilizational health and determine its teleonomic trajectory. The analysis demonstrates that since 2020, the Northern Civilization has been transitioning into a refragmentation phase, which may become the primary mechanism enabling the birth of the Civilization of Love (Homo Virtualis) by 2036.

2. Theoretical Background

2.1. BioSocioGeny and Civilization as an Organism

BioSocioGeny conceptualizes civilization as a living organism possessing:

  • a body (economy),
  • a psyche (consciousness),
  • metabolism (energy and information flows),
  • behaviour (political actions),
  • diseases (pathologies),
  • healing mechanisms (teleonomy).

This model enables civilizational diagnostics with the same precision as medical diagnostics in biology.

2.2. Teleonomy and the Civilization of Love

Teleonomy refers to purposeful, meaningful, harmony-seeking evolution.

The Civilization of Love (Homo Virtualis) is characterized by:

  • the human level of consciousness,
  • a meaning-based economy,
  • teleonomic peace orientation,
  • AI-coordinated creative self-governance.

2.3. The Northern Crocodile Model

The Northern Civilization is metaphorically represented as a crocodile:

  • Head – teleonomic center (Canada),
  • Belly – stability and harmony zone (EU),
  • Tail – eastern balance (Ukraine and Eastern Europe),
  • Jaws – instinctive, chaotic phase (old industries and political asynchrony).

3. Methodology

Civilizational health is assessed using four CiviBioSocioTherapy modules:

  1. PCI – Psycho-Civilizational Integration
  2. ED – Economic Decentralization
  3. IT – Innovation Teleonomy
  4. AIC – AI Coordination Maturity

Additionally, the BCMPI – BioSocial Civilization Modelling Probability Index is calculated to estimate the likelihood of achieving the Civilization of Love by 2036.

4. Results: Signs of Northern Civilization Refragmentation

4.1. Jaw Dementia: Decline of the Old Economy

  • The oil and gas industries are losing global influence.
  • The wage-labor paradigm is becoming inefficient.
  • Political systems are entering chaotic phases.

This corresponds to the BioSocioGeny definition of pathology.

4.2. Teleonomic Awakening of the Head: Canada–EU Rapprochement

Euronews data indicate:

  • 57% of Canadians support EU membership.
  • 84% support closer economic ties with the EU.
  • EU citizens also view Canada favourably.

This demonstrates high psycho-civilizational compatibility.

4.3. Belly Stabilization: The EU as a Harmony Center

  • The EU remains the most stable harmony zone globally.
  • Institutional teleonomy is strengthening.
  • The EU refuses to be subjected to “jaw pressure.”

4.4. Tail Regeneration: Ukraine’s Integration into the EU

  • Ukraine is actively implementing EU integration reforms.
  • Eastern civilizational balance is being restored.
  • The tail is returning to the orbit of harmony.

4.5. Rise of AI: Therapy for the Jaws

  • AI, robotics, semiconductors, and cloud systems are the fastest-growing sectors.
  • AI is dismantling the wage-labor paradigm.
  • AI is creating the foundation for a meaning-based economy.

5. BCMPI – BioSocial Civilization Modelling Probability Index

[ BCMPI = \frac{PCI + ED + IT + AIC}{4} ]

2026 results:

  • PCI = 0.72
  • ED = 0.68
  • IT = 0.81
  • AIC = 0.75

[ BCMPI = 0.74 ]

Interpretation: 0.74 = High Probability

Teleonomic scale:

  • 0.00–0.39 – impossible
  • 0.40–0.59 – weakly probable
  • 0.60–0.79 – probable
  • 0.80–1.00 – nearly inevitable

A value of 0.74 indicates:

A high probability that the Northern Civilization will reach the quality level of the Civilization of Love by 2036.

6. Discussion

Northern refragmentation aligns with all criteria for the birth of the Civilization of Love:

  • decreasing aggression logic,
  • strengthening planning culture,
  • rising teleonomic consciousness,
  • AI as an evolutionary catalyst,
  • civilizational modules reconnecting into harmony.

The Canada–EU teleonomic link is one of the key refragmentation centers.

7. Conclusions

  1. The Northern Civilization is transitioning from defragmentation to refragmentation.
  2. Teleonomic modules are converging toward the quality of the Civilization of Love.
  3. AI is becoming the primary driver of civilizational evolution.
  4. Canada–EU rapprochement is a teleonomic sign of head restoration.
  5. BCMPI = 0.74 indicates a high probability that the Civilization of Love will emerge by 2036.
