The End of a Labour
In DiEM25 the discussion on matter of future Europe is runing. I let myself take a look at the prospects of a "Labour".
Europe and entire world just faced not something what must be a bit improved. We faced crucial qualitative change of human relations. Not of an evolution, but a revolution is required. A Labour is always contradictive social phenomenon mainly that inequality between people is the most actual in labour relations.
Until now the inequality between employers and employees still as not resolved problem. Nobody can’t say what balance of interests between employer and employee must be. Because this balance doesn’t exist, and it can’t to exist in a nature.
Equality in labour – it’s restriction of a Labour. Not to Labour concept and not to Labour Code. Roles of “employers” and “employees” must be changed into positions of equal business subjects, which relations must be grounded on Civil Code Contractual Law.
Humanity entered historic formation, when a Labour is taking over by robots. Humans must go out from such relations. Humans must give their products and services one to other on equal basis out of a Labour relation. Such relations known as business. In EU 99% of business is conducting by Small and Medium sized enterprises (SME’s), number of employees in which rapidly reducing. PC and Internet is liberating employers and employees from necessary everyday contact. Equal education and smartness of both management sides makes managerial inequality not reasonable. So, each human become businessmen - equal between equals forever.
Employers and employees are extinct types of people. All of them will sooner or later become entrepreneurs. And it is not clear who will be more liberated here - a worker from the employer's oppression or the employer's dependence on the wearing and always unsatisfied employee.
