· Challenges being a guide in Covid-times. How can we adapt and still offer guiding experience of first class? Working with masks, social distancing etc.
· As a guide, is there something you require to do a better performance? (Education, equipment etc. Think outside the box and not just for Covid-times).
· How do the other ports/destinations acquire their guides and how are they trained, are they certified (If yes, by whom), are there obligations to work for certain clients / shipping companies?
· Organization - employed or self-employed guides?
