🌍 THE GOOD NEWS TO THE WORLD

Manifesto on the Birth of Universal Peace and the Civilization of Love by 2036

Abstract

A world war in the 21st century is teleonomically impossible.
Civilizations are transitioning from aggression to smartness,
from fragmentation to self‑governance,
from animal quality to human quality,
from human quality to Love quality.
Therefore, by 2036 the world will inevitably enter
the phase of the Universal Peace Union
and the birth of the Civilization of Love – Homo Virtualis.
This is not a political claim.
It is an evolutionary necessity.

1. Civilizational Diagnosis: A World War Has Become Impossible

Based on the civilizational quality analysis presented in CiviBioGenyHermeneutics: Insights into the Biological Evolution of Civilizations and Evolutionary Pathways Toward Smartness and Love (2026), humanity today exists within the following structure:

  • Northern Civilization (“White Crocodile”) – exhausted, aggressive only instinctively, but not by capability.
  • Asia (“Yellow Dragon”) – strong, yet oriented toward stability rather than expansion.
  • South America (“Red Corn”) – vital, but non‑hegemonic.
  • Africa (“African Human”) – the only civilization that has reached human quality and is rising toward smartness.

Global wars arise only when symmetrical aggression exists.
Today, such symmetry does not exist.

Therefore, a world war in the 21st century is teleonomically impossible.

2. Contemporary Wars Are the Final Commercial Projects of an Exhausted Civilization

The Northern civilization is regressing into animal quality.
This means:

  • wars are not civilizational,
  • not ideological,
  • not national,
  • but purely commercial–predatory.

The world sees this and does not participate.
This marks the beginning of the extinction of war culture.

3. Civilizations Are Rising Toward Smartness and Self‑Governance

The civilizational spiral reveals four qualities:
Plant, Animal, Human, and Love (Homo Virtualis).

Today:

  • aggression is decreasing,
  • self‑awareness is strengthening,
  • smartness is rising,
  • civilizations are entering the phase of self‑governance.

This forms the foundation of the Universal Peace Union.

4. Religious Consciousness as an Indicator of Civilizational Maturity

Religious consciousness—including the clear position of Pope Leo XIV against any wars in the contemporary world of civilizations—shows that humanity has already reached a level of civilizational maturity in which aggression no longer has moral, cultural, or civilizational justification.

This is not a political statement.
It is a sign of the ascending civilizational spiral, indicating that humanity is transitioning:

  • from animal quality → to human quality,
  • from human quality → to Love quality.

Religious leaders are becoming global moral indicators, confirming that war culture is disappearing and the world is preparing for the birth of Homo Virtualis.

5. Civilizational Symbolism: The “Crocodile Board” as a Metaphor of the World’s Condition

The contemporary civilizational situation resembles a symbolic scene in which:

  • the Northern Crocodile loudly proclaims its will,
  • the Asian Dragon, the African Human, and the South American Corn observe,
  • and the globe lies at the center of the shared table.

This metaphor shows:

  • the North still attempts to dominate,
  • but other civilizations no longer respond with aggression,
  • they choose stability, self‑governance, and smartness,
  • they do not join predatory wars,
  • they await the North’s transformation, not its collapse.

This is a sign of civilizational maturity.

6. The Year 2036 – A Civilizational Node and the Beginning of Homo Virtualis

As stated in Civilizational Institutionalization and the Evolution of the Love Code Toward Homo Virtualis (2036):

  • the year 2036 is an evolutionary turning point,
  • the civilizational spiral transitions into the Love quality,
  • Homo Virtualis emerges – a virtually integrated, peaceful, self‑governing human,
  • civilizations begin to function as a global organism,
  • the Universal Peace Union becomes institutionalized.

This is not utopia.
It is a teleonomic evolutionary direction, grounded in:

  • civilizational quality data,
  • global health indices,
  • institutionalized self‑governance,
  • decreasing aggression.

🌍 7. The Good News to the World

A world war in the 21st century is teleonomically impossible.
Civilizations are transitioning from aggression to smartness,
from fragmentation to self‑governance,
from animal quality to human quality,
from human quality to Love quality.
Therefore, by 2036 the world will inevitably enter
the phase of the Universal Peace Union
and the birth of the Civilization of Love – Homo Virtualis.
This is not a political claim.
It is an evolutionary necessity.
