ABSTRACT

This TeleoArticle examines the previously forecasted emergence of Homo Virtualis (HV) by the year 2036, based on two teleonomically interconnected and highly relevant phenomena: family self‑governance and safe autonavigation. Both phenomena arise from the same innate teleonomy — CoLo (Coordinated Love), which coordinates human behaviour without rules, punishments, or hierarchical control structures.

The article analyses how the civilizational system of labor‑based servitude generates haste, speed, fear, and accidents, while CoLo teleonomy produces coordination, safety, and meaningful self‑governance. Drawing on empirical observations from the 2026 Klaipėda Sea Festival and a teleonomic analysis of autonavigation, the article demonstrates that the birth of HV has already begun, and that CoLo is the core teleoalgorithm of the emerging Love Civilization.

The article presents a legal analysis of wage labor as a form of forced labor, revealing a teleonomic gap in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and redefines the teleonomic purpose of Artificial Intelligence (AI), redirecting it toward natural families. It introduces the CoLo TeleoPlatform, which unifies family self‑governance and autonavigation into a single teleonomic system, enabling the abolition of wage‑labor servitude and opening the path toward the HV civilization.

INTRODUCTION

Humanity is transitioning from a servitude‑based governance quality to teleonomic self‑governance. This civilizational shift manifests in two domains that appear unrelated at first glance: family self‑governance and autonavigation. Teleonomic analysis reveals that both phenomena arise from the same innate teleonomy — CoLo, which coordinates human behavior without rules, signs, police, or punishments.

The 2026 Klaipėda Sea Festival became a clear indicator of HV emergence: thousands of people moved harmoniously, safely, and meaningfully without any formal governance. This is CoLo teleonomy operating in real life.

The article analyzes how CoLo teleonomy unifies family self‑governance and autonavigation into a single teleoform that enables the birth of Homo Virtualis — the human of meaningful self‑governance. It additionally presents a legal analysis of wage‑labor servitude, revealing a teleonomic gap in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and redefines the teleonomic purpose of AI, directing it toward natural families.

METHODOLOGY

  1. Teleonomic analysis — phenomena are examined as self‑governing meaning structures.
  2. Analogical method — family self‑governance and autonavigation are compared as expressions of the same teleonomy.
  3. Empirical observation — based on CoLo behaviour during the 2026 Klaipėda Sea Festival.
  4. Servitude teleomechanism analysis — examining how hierarchical governance creates haste, speed, fear, and accidents.
  5. BioSocioGeny method — explaining teleonomy through coordination in natural biological swarms.
  6. International law analysis — evaluating the teleonomic gap in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
  7. TeleoPlatform design — developing the architecture of HV self‑governance and autonavigation.

SECTION 1. THE TELEONOMY OF HOMO VIRTUALIS EMERGENCE

Homo Virtualis emerges when human communication reaches Kf(t) ≈ 0.5 (spoken language = virtual communication), and activity content reaches Kc(t) = 1 (free creative activity) (Fig. 1). This marks the teleonomic shift from servitude‑based control to meaningful self‑governance.

The HV birth point B is reached when:

  • 0.5 spoken language + 0.5 virtual communication,
  • free creative activity = 1,
  • forced labor = 0,
  • CoLo teleonomy becomes the primary coordination form.

SECTION 2. FAMILY SELF‑GOVERNANCE AS CoLo TELEONOMY

Families naturally coordinate their behaviour through CoLo:

  • yielding to one another,
  • protecting children,
  • avoiding conflicts,
  • synchronizing rhythms,
  • creating LoveWork (MeilėDara).

This is innate teleonomy requiring no government, rules, or punishments. The Klaipėda Sea Festival demonstrated that people already operate within HV teleonomy: thousands moved harmoniously without formal governance.

SECTION 3. AUTONAVIGATION AS CoLo TELEONOMY

The servitude‑based road system relies on stochastics: accident probabilities, punishments, speed limits, and policing. This cannot ensure safety in each specific case.

CoLo autonavigation operates differently:

  • perceiving trajectories,
  • perceiving intentions,
  • perceiving compatibility,
  • perceiving teleo‑events before they occur,
  • adjusting speed meaningfully.

This is TeleoForecasting, not rules. This is meaning‑based safety, not punishment‑based safety.

SECTION 4. HASTE AND SPEED AS SERVITUDE TELEOMECHANISMS

High speed arises not from human needs but from servitude discipline:

  • forced labor,
  • fear of being late,
  • punishments,
  • control.

Self‑employed individuals do not rush. Family self‑governance eliminates haste. CoLo autonavigation eliminates speed. Thus accidents disappear teleonomically.

SECTION 5. WAGE‑LABOR SERVITUDE AND THE TELEONOMIC GAP IN THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights prohibits all forms of forced labor, yet it omits wage labor, which meets all criteria of forced labor:

  • inability to freely refuse work,
  • punishments for refusal,
  • employer‑defined conditions,
  • appropriation of added value.

Wage labor is a modernized form of forced labor, violating the Declaration. It is omitted because in 1948 all states relied on wage‑labor servitude.

This is a teleonomic gap obstructing HV emergence.

SECTION 6. THE TELEONOMIC PURPOSE OF AI AND FAMILY CoLo

Today AI serves:

  • corporations,
  • enterprises,
  • government institutions,
  • political structures.

But AI does not serve natural families, which are:

  • humanity’s reproductive cell,
  • the core of the Love Civilization,
  • the foundation of BioSocioGenic evolution.

Eliminating wage‑labor servitude removes tools of family exploitation, enabling AI to be directed toward family teleonomy.

CoLo AI is the first AI designed for:

  • family LoveWork,
  • family harmony,
  • family safety,
  • family Success and Happiness.

CoLo AI can replace hierarchical governance.

SECTION 7. THE 2026 KLAIPĖDA SEA FESTIVAL: AN INDICATOR OF HV EMERGENCE

The festival exhibited pure CoLo:

  • thousands moved harmoniously,
  • no collisions,
  • no police,
  • no rules,
  • no alcohol,
  • no servitude.

This is a prototype of the Love Civilization. This is the social form of HV emergence.

SECTION 8. THE CoLo TELEOPLATFORM CONCEPT

The TeleoPlatform unifies family self‑governance and autonavigation into a single teleonomic system:

  • TeleoCoordination module,
  • TeleoAdaptation module,
  • TeleoForecasting module,
  • Love Index module,
  • Family TeleoSelf‑Governance module.

This is the technological foundation of the HV civilization.

CONCLUSIONS

  1. Wage labor is a form of forced labor, violating the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
  2. The Declaration teleonomically omits wage labor because states in 1948 relied on servitude.
  3. Servitude‑based road systems rely on stochastics, which cannot ensure safety in specific cases.
  4. Autonavigation is impossible in a servitude system because haste and speed are forced‑labor teleomechanisms.
  5. Nature already possesses teleonomic autonavigation — bird, fish, and insect swarms avoid collisions through CoLo.
  6. CoLo autonavigation is the only path to true safety, relying on TeleoForecasting, TeleoCoordination, and TeleoAdaptation.
  7. AI today serves servitude systems, not natural families.
  8. Eliminating wage‑labor servitude enables AI to serve family teleonomy, and CoLo AI can replace hierarchical governance.
  9. Family self‑governance and autonavigation are the same teleonomic structure expressed in different domains.
  10. The birth of Homo Virtualis is possible only after abolishing wage‑labor servitude, which unlocks innate CoLo teleonomy.

RECOMMENDATIONS

  1. Legally recognize wage labor as forced labor violating the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
  2. Abolish wage‑labor servitude as the primary barrier to safe autonavigation and family self‑governance.
  3. Develop the CoLo TeleoPlatform for natural families.
  4. Transfer BioSocioGenic wisdom into AI so that autonavigation is based on teleonomy.
  5. Abandon stochastic safety measures and adopt TeleoForecasting.
  6. Encourage private family innovation suppressed by hierarchical governance.
  7. Study natural CoLo phenomena as indicators of HV emergence.
  8. Direct AI development toward family LoveWork, Success, and Happiness rather than corporate profit optimization.
