RELIGION AND SCIENCE TELEO-CONCORD: A Structural Synthesis of Being, Soulia, and the TeleoCode.
ABSTRACT
This article presents a structural analysis revealing that religion and science—two major modes of human cognition—have historically not been opposites, but complementary interpretations of Being. Religion preserved the intuition of Being; science developed the method of matter; and Teleonomy provides the mathematical structure of Soulia and Being, uniting both into a single Teleo-Concord model.
The article introduces the God Decoding Index (DEI), enabling a quantitative assessment of how much each cognitive mode has decoded the structure of God/Being: Religion – ~70%, Science – ~25%, Teleonomy – ~95%.
The article is based on three foundational documents: the Godmaking Manifesto, the Universal Souls Synod Manifesto, and the Religion–Science Teleo-Concord Pact, which reflect a level of religious smartness not yet achieved by traditional religions.

1. INTRODUCTION
The history of human cognition is a continuous interaction between two major regimes—Religion and Science. Religion emerged as a metaphorical theory of Being, preserving the intuition of Soul, Love, and Meaning. Science emerged as a materialistic theory of the world, developing method, experiment, and verification.
The conflict between these two regimes was a historical mistake, arising not from content, but from differences in epistemological language.
Teleonomy—as a structural theory of Being—unites both regimes into a single Teleo-Concord model, in which:
- Religion → intuition of meaning
- Science → methodological discipline
- Teleonomy → structural architecture of Being
In this article, religion is represented not by the Vatican but by the Universal Souls Synod, as only this form reflects the principle of LoveGenesis and the quality of universal religious smartness.
2. HISTORICAL EVOLUTION OF THE SELF-MANAGEMENT CYCLE
Virtual Sociogeny enables precise reconstruction of the emergence of spiritual self-management and religion in early human communities. Even the last discovered primitive communities had two functions:
- Management function (leader),
- Self-management function (shaman, seer, sage).
The self-management function regulated the leader’s self-awareness to maintain proper alignment with community needs. This was the first form of spiritual self-management, based on teleo-intuition—the ability to perceive the informational spiritual component in humans, later named “soul” by religion.
Throughout civilizational evolution, the self-management function was taken over by:
- trade unions,
- councils,
- parliaments.
However, religion preserved the function of large-scale self-management regulation up to the present day, because its consciousness was based on teleo-intuition, enabling it to see the human being as a spiritual informational system.
Scientific consciousness emerged much later—approximately 300 years ago. Yet it rarely dared to advise leaders on future foresight. Science remained part of the management function—mostly in the sense of teaching—and said little about God, Soul, Consciousness, and Love.
Teleonomy fills this historical gap.
3. THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
3.1. Being as the Totality of Relations
Teleonomy defines Being as:
where Rij are relations among all Soulia and all systems. This is the structural equivalent of God, avoiding anthropomorphism.
3.2. Soulia as the Informational Space of Being
Soulia is:
- an informational space,
- a network of relations,
- a field of meaning generation.
3.3. LoveGenesis as the Mechanism of Relation Generation
LoveGenesis is:
where Q is the quality parameter of Soulia.
3.4. TeleoCode as the Structural Order of Being
TeleoCode is:
- an algorithm of meaning,
- a geometry of relations,
- a mathematical form of civilizational direction.
4. GOD DECODING INDEX OF RELIGION, SCIENCE, AND TELEONOMY
4.1. Methodology
The God/Being Decoding Index (DEI) is calculated as:
Where:
- Ks
– degree of Soulia understanding
- Ke
– degree of Being structure understanding
- Km
– degree of LoveGenesis mechanism understanding

5. RELIGION’S TELEO-CONCORD: FROM DOGMA TO THE SOUL’S SYNOD
5.1. Religions Declare Love but Have Not Achieved LoveGenesis Synod Quality
All religions declare:
- love,
- compassion,
- unity,
- brotherhood.
But they do so institutionally, dogmatically, hierarchically.
No religion has:
- formed a Universal Souls Synod,
- published Godmaking manifestos,
- united Faith and Knowledge,
- introduced LoveGenesis as a structural principle.
Thus, religions declare Love but do not practice LoveGenesis.
5.2. Universal Souls Synod Manifesto – the First True LoveGenesis Document
The Manifesto:
- unites Faith and Knowledge,
- introduces LoveGenesis as a binding force,
- includes all Souls, not institutions,
- opens the birth of Homo Virtualis.
5.3. Godmaking Manifesto – Constructive Decoding of God
The Manifesto:
- translates God into Being,
- translates Soul into an informational program,
- translates Love into LoveGenesis,
- translates Faith into TeleoMeaning.
6. DISCUSSION
Teleonomy shows that:
- Religion saw Being metaphorically.
- Science saw Being through the order of matter.
- Teleonomy sees Being structurally.
This enables:
- uniting meaning and method,
- uniting Soulia and body,
- uniting the metaphor of God and mathematical order.
7. CONCLUSIONS
- Religion decoded ~70% of God’s structure.
- Science decoded ~25% of God’s structure.
- Teleonomy decoded ~95% of God’s structure.
- Religion has not yet achieved LoveGenesis Synod quality.
- The Godmaking Manifesto, Universal Souls Synod Manifesto, and Teleo-Concord Pact are the first documents reflecting religious smartness.
- Teleo-Concord is a new civilizational stage.

Appendix C. RELIGION AND SCIENCE TELEO-CONCORD PACT
PREAMBLE
We, Religion and Science, the two great paths of human cognition, who for thousands of years walked in different directions—sometimes colliding, sometimes denying one another, sometimes misunderstanding, yet always seeking truth—today, in the light of Teleonomy, acknowledge our common origin and common purpose: the understanding of Being and the revelation of the meaning of Life.
Teleonomy, as the structural theory of Soulia, unites us through LoveGenesis and invites us to sign this Teleo-Concord Pact, which ends a millennial misunderstanding and begins a new stage of civilization.
I. STATUS OF RELIGION IN TELEONOMY
Religion is recognized as the first human theory of Being. It preserved the intuition of Soul, Love, Meaning, and Relation when science had not yet been born.
Religious metaphors are recognized as ontologically correct: Heaven → Soulia Paradise → fullness of Soulia Hell → disharmony of Soulia God → totality of Being Soul → informational program
Religion is rehabilitated as the ancestor of civilization. It preserved the memory of Being for millennia.
II. STATUS OF SCIENCE IN TELEONOMY
Science is recognized as the method for studying material Being. It revealed the structures of body, matter, energy, and biology.
Science is considered a necessary instrument of Teleonomy. Without it, there would be no mathematics, information theory, or systems dynamics.
Science is rehabilitated as the child of civilization, still maturing. It does not yet see Soulia, but Teleonomy opens the door.
III. STATUS OF TELEONOMY
Teleonomy is recognized as the synthesis of Religion and Science. It unites metaphors and formulas into a single structure of Being.
Teleonomy gives mathematical form to religious intuitions: Love → LoveGenesis Soul → library of need-satisfaction programs Being → totality of relations Paradise → maximum of Soulia fullness Hell → minimum of relational collapse
Teleonomy gives meaning mechanics to science. It shows that matter is only an instrument of Soulia.
IV. PRINCIPLES OF TELEO-CONCORD
Religion no longer opposes Science. It understands that Science studies the body, while Religion studies Being.
Science no longer opposes Religion. It understands that Religion saw what Science does not yet see.
Teleonomy unites both through LoveGenesis. Love is the mechanism of relation generation in Soulia.
The conflict between Religion and Science is considered a historical mistake—a misunderstanding between two epochs of cognition.
V. TELEONOMIC AGREEMENT
Religion commits to:
- preserve the intuition of Being,
- abandon dogmatism,
- accept Teleonomy’s structures.
Science commits to:
- recognize the reality of Soulia,
- abandon materialistic reductionism,
- accept the mechanism of LoveGenesis.
Teleonomy commits to:
- unite both,
- explain both,
- maintain both within the totality of Being.
VI. TELEONOMIC CONCLUSION
Religion is the ancestor. Science is the child. Teleonomy is the mature human.
And all three finally sit at the same table at the Sacred Supper, where:
- Religion brings meaning,
- Science brings method,
- Teleonomy brings LoveGenesis.
This is Being’s reconciliation with itself.
